Maple Cream Cheese Frosting French Toast and Tasteful Tuesday Party

Last week I made these pumpkin scones. I made the recipe TWO times and both times the consistency was too moist to shape like she suggested. So… mine tasted great, but were more like muffin tops than scones. The frosting, however, was amazing!!!

We had some left over that we turned into:

You can find the frosting recipe here. Use your favorite french toast recipe then slather the frosting all over… YUM!

My french toast batter consists of

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

shake, shake of cinnamon

shake of nutmeg

small spoonful of sugar

I just dip in our normal whole wheat sandwich bread and cook on both sides…
