My kids like fries…. I mean… what kid doesn’t like french fries?!? My kids also love the dipping value of fries…mustard is a favorite in our place… although ranch is a close second! So, I whipped up a homemade version of french fries…
Take four large baking potatoes and cut it in half the long way. Cut each half into thin slices (about 1/4 inch) put all the slices in a bowl, toss with 3 TBS olive oil, a dash of salt, pepper, and paprika. YUM!
Place on a baking sheet with just one thin side touching the pan (you want the sides exposed so they will crisp). Bake at 390 for 30-40 min. until outside is browned and centers are cooked…

Fries are my weakness. This looks like a great recipe for no fry fries. I dip mine in tartar sauce. I know that probably sounds weird but I think they are yummus dipped in just about anything. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Visiting from Give me the Goods. Have a wonderful week!
