I haven’t had my Silhouette for very long, but I love it! I used it on these sweatpants, and many other projects in the last few months. Recently I realized my son needed new summer pjs. I whipped up a quick set of Pjs and then added this cute GOOD KNIGHT iron on. {get it?? Good Night/knight? HAHA} It took a bit of explaining to my six year old…
This was my first time creating a Silhouette file from another image. This was just an image off the internet, then I used my Silhouette software to trace, did a but of line editing added text and came up with this! My boys are crazy about knights castles and all that right now, so this was a huge hit.
Here’s what the file looks like… you can download your version here. You should be able to re-size as you desire. I’ve mirrored the words for you. I am fairly new to Silhouette use and have a hard time remembering this step!
here’s a quick front and back of the Pjs. The top is the Alex and Anna Summer Pjs and the bottom is a modified Lazy Days pjs. It’s not a knit pattern, but I’ve used it a few times.
Please let me know if you have any trouble with the file… I’d love to see photos if you make your own Good Night Pjs. Be sure to check out the Silhouette store if you need iron on goodies or other supplies. You can use the code NAPSAVINGS to save 10% off your order.
Of course during our photo shoot this happened! Oh boys… Max is wearing simple summer pjs that you can read about here. Pj’s are one of my favorite things to make.. you can browse through all I’ve made over the years by searching Pjs or Pajamas on the site… or by looking here.
