I love cous cous {my kids not as much} but this Greek Cous Cous Salad was a pretty big hit with everyone. The combination of the cous cous and the greek flavors blend together perfectly. If you are a fan of these Greek ingredients then you need to try this fresh cous cous salad.
You can easily cut out any ingredients you don’t like… this salad is a winner any way you make it. We love this version and all the yummy ingredients that go in it. My husband picks out the olives and my son doesn’t like the cheese, so I scoop him out a bit before I add it in…
The dressing is so yummy and can be used on a lettuce salad as well. It’s a light tasting, flavorful dressing that really adds to this salad.
This 5 min cous cous was SO easy. 1 cup of cous cous and 1 cup of boiling water. Mix and wait 5 min.. then fluff and add the other ingredients… quick and easy!
See how I add the cheese last? That’s so I can take some out for my non-cheese eater… you can add any ingredient last if you want to scoop out a serving first.
