I’ve been dreaming up this Spinach and Provolone sandwich since I was inspired by my round up a few weeks ago. I meant to post this last week, but I had been sick and hadn’t made it yet….So… without further ado…
and yes… it was as good as it looks! {ahhhh yum!} I started by making my {easy} focaccia bread the night before. I baked it in the normal rectangle shape, then cut wide slices the next day. Cut the piece of bread in half, so you can stuff the inside with amazing goodies. Here’s what was in my sandwich.
I served it with store bought sweet potato chips and it was a tasty lunch!
