Most of you know I live in an apartment… most of my friends do as well. I am blessed with a full size oven in our place, but I have friends who only have smaller countertop ovens. We are always discussing meals that can just be made on the stove top, so ideas for skillet pan dinners are always appreciated. Today I’m sharing a quick and easy dinner idea that can be made with a single skillet. {although two would make it easier!, ha!} With skillet pan dinners in mind, I was excited to try this Thai Green Curry skillet sauce because my family loves Thai food. All of us! We have a favorite Thai restaurant where we all can find something we like, so it’s a family favorite. For this meal I went with a little Asian fusion and made Thai green curry spring rolls! The great thing is that you can personalize this meal by choosing the ingredients your family desires. And anything works…
I shopped at my local Giant Supermarket to pick up this great Campbell’s Dinner Sauce. {mark your calendars because select Giant and Stop & Shop stores will be having fab in-store demos on May 3rd!} You can head over and check out the fun selection and see great ways to use it for easy dinner ideas for your family.
