inside: the only thing better than a chocolate chip cookie is a DOUBLE chocolate chip cookie!!
I wasn’t always a fan of chocolate, but as I’ve grown older, I love chocolate… dark chocolate to be exact and this Double Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe just hits the spot everytime… If I eat too many that spot is my hips {haha} I’m excited for you to check out this super tasty recipe.
Double Chocolate Chip Cookies –
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1.PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. 4.Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
