Once upon a time this was me. Pretty cute right? I’m rocking my homemade clothes from the 80’s, so that makes me…. not quite as old as Red Baron Pizza.
This cute little girl grew from the early 80’s to the early 90’s and mmmmm not so cute. Actually I think my whole family looks better 20 years later… {ha!} That’s me in the back, wearing a lace doily around my neck and a butterfly pin. {what was I thinking?!?} Don’t you love that my mom got us all in pastels for family photo day? It was right around this time though that I first had Red Baron pizza at a friends house. I instantly had a new favorite frozen pizza. YUM!
Back then I was a pretty boring cheese pizza lover. {I still love a good cheese pizza!} but now I love my cheese with a few other ingredients to add to the party! In fact, my family hosts an annual summer pizza challenge where each couple creates a pizza and we all eat them… here’s ours from a couple of years ago… and… I’m looking more like myself here as well. {haha}
So, since I love Red Baron and I love a party on my pizza I decided to celebrate Red Baron’s 40th birthday with a combination of the two! Easy Fajita Pizza!!
You will need:
1 Red Baron Cheese Pizza of your choice
Red and yellow bell peppers/onion
shredded chicken breast
1 TBS taco/fajita seasoning
avocado/sour cream/cilantro for topping
Chop the onions and peppers and saute with a bit of olive oil and the mexican seasoning. Add the chicken. Don’t over cook as you will still bake in the oven. 
Add this mixture to a frozen cheese pizza from Red Baron.
You can add a bit more cheese on top, or just bake as is. Bake according to the package directions.
Then cool and enjoy! Add avocado slices and sour cream/cilantro before serving if desired. Dig in and watch it disappear!
