{Faux} Gourmet Sandwich

I’ve got a delicious, super easy, and amazing sandwich for you today…. I call it {faux} gourmet because it has gourmet flavors with fast food effort {my kind of cooking!! Am I right?}
**I also just updated the photos for the post Mexican Springrolls, its an AMAZING recipe… so you should check it out!!**

 You will need:
English Muffins
1 Tomato
1 Avacado
Mozzerella cheese
Ranch Dressing
shake of salt
{see, so simple right?}

 Slice your muffin in half and lightly toast it. Slice the cheese, avocado and tomato. Spread ranch on one half of the muffin. Layer the cheese and veggies on top of this. Top with the other half of the muffin…. you will love the results…YUM!
