I’ve been on a smoothie kick lately too. I’ll have to try one of your additions next time I make one. I’m really curious about the sweet potato cubes. Thanks for sharing.

This sounds so good! I might try it for myself and my kids. They love all kinds of smoothies! and what a great way to sneak some greens in them, as well!

GREAT idea for hiding a bit more extra nutrition into your kid’s snacks and such – LOVE it! One of my twins is a major drinker….he’d just drink all of his meals if we’d let him. This would be brilliant for him on those days I just don’t want to fight it 😀

I love making spinach and fruit smoothies. My 2-year-old daughter calls them “coffee” and slurps them right down. Hey … whatever works! ha!!

Wow! Ok first of all, I have never heard of a yogurt maker, so I learned something new! 🙂 I love the idea of dropping some sweet potatoes or spinach cubes into the smoothie as well! I do a lot of the others already. Thanks for sharing this over at Give Me the Gooods Monday!

I like to add a scoop of protein powder to my smoothies. This just gives me options when I don’t have a lot of other goodies to add. I like using frozen fruit and now I need to try adding the greens. I never gave a thought to drying kale. Great way to use it before it goes to waste.

The kale would really change it up. Sounds easy and definitely healthy. Thanks for linking up.

I make smoothies all the time. I put flax seed, sometimes lettuce or types of juice. I got to buy more protein powder to add also.
