Lemon Dill Salmon-Place Of My Taste

Hello Everyone! It is that time again when I come and share a nice and easy recipe here on Emily’s sweet little blog. School is back and all the activities for the kiddos are on roll. I love nothing better than an easy and delish dinner after a busy day followed by a soccer practice.

Are you ready to see how easy it is to make this yummy Lemon Dill Salmon?

Salmon is one of my favorite fishes. And my boys love it too. They can eat it for days, SERIOUSLY:-) My poor hubby does not eat fish at all so he does not enjoy the deliciousness with us. I like to buy a big chunk of Salmon and I usually cut it to little slices and freeze them and  when I decide to have salmon I have it handy, only need to be defrosted. Easy-peasy.

Lemon Dill Salmon- Place Of My Taste

Yield: 0

LEMON DILL SALMON

LEMON DILL SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Fresh or dried dill
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat it with cooking spray.
  3. Combine olive oil,butter and garlic together then spread evenly over the top of the salmon. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Sprinkle freshly chopped dill { or dried dill }all over followed by a layer of lemon slices.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Enjoy.
