This is one of my go-to appetizers. Especially when I need to bring finger food to a party! Phyllo is pretty easy to work with once you get the hang of it and this phyllo appetizer is no exception!
First, I bake several sheets of Phyllo Dough (with melted butter spread between). On a baking sheet. I would say around 7-10 sheets. Bake until slightly crispy.
The topping is a mixture of:
cooked, chopping spinach (1/2 cup packed tight). I buy this already made in the freezer section in cubes.
1 can of artichoke hearts (chopped fine)
8 oz cream cheese.
I spread that mixture on top of the cooled phyllo dough. Then top with diced cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of garlic salt.
Cut into squares and eat up!
What is your go-t0 appetizer or dish to pass? I need to make this Phyllo Appetizer again really soon!

I think you should get pissed (no change there) and on your last ball throw yourself down the alley instead and crash into the skittles shouting STRIKE! as you go 🙂
