What members are saying about the class –
I have had a serger for the past couple of years. Initially, I was hesitant about opening it because I did not want to mess up my fabric. After watching the video that came with the machine I finally started to use it. I read about different tips and tricks about the machine, however I am a visual learner. In just two short tutorials/classes I was able to learn some of the simple things to use my machine more effectively. I am looking forward to learning even more
This course is very well thought out and organized! I especially enjoyed the alternate method of threading the machine. My machine came pre threaded and I was so scared to try to change the color. After watching the lesson, I had it charged and working perfectly in a few minutes!
Being a beginner using a serger is intimidating to me. Watching the lesson on threading was so helpful and made it much easier to understand the how and why’s. Now with practice I’ll be able to thread my machine and not be scared when I need to change the colors out.
This course is a great place to start when you’re new to using a serger or need a “back to basics” refresher. Emily is thorough, clear, and relatable. The best part is you can watch a particular lesson as many times as needed to ensure that you’re threading and using your machine properly. This is a great resource to add to your sewing knowledge
