I love Asian recipes. This Szechuan Broccoli Recipe is one those! It’s SO SO good! Served over rice you will love this Szechuan Broccoli. Add chili flakes for those who like a little spice, or leave them off… both ways are delicious.
This can be a vegetarian meal or you can add chicken when cooking. The flavors work well together either way. Personally I love that this Szechuan Broccoli is so full of garlic. The main flavors are classic asian flavors or soy, hoisin, sesame, ginger and garlic.
This recipe is a quick and easy one to make, and a perfect side dish or main if you add the chicken and serve over rice.

Oh yum! I love this idea. We eat a lot of broccoli here. To change it up a bit, I would even make this with brussel sprouts.
