I’m sharing this yummy patriotic watermelon dessert just in time for the holiday this week….
If you are looking for a SIMPLE watermelon dessert that will wow your family.. this is it! I had everyone super impressed and it took all of ten minutes to put this together. Plus, it looks super fun on the plate too!
You will need:
Watermelon
Start cookie cutter
Blueberries
Light Cool Whip {or low-fat vanilla yogurt}
Cut your watermelon into 3/4 inch circles. {this was actually the hardest part, I don’t usually cut the melon this way} Use your cookie cutter to cut stars from the “sheet” of melon. Add a dollop of the Cool Whip or Yogurt {for a super healthy version}. Sprinkle the blueberries on top and serve while cold….
YUM! I love watermelon, and this is a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth without breaking the diet this holiday. Do you eat watermelon for dessert?
