Today I’ve got four of the best cracker appetizer recipes to share. I just love the colors and I’m super excited to have both SWEET and SAVORY cracker toppings on this tray… all made with RITZ and cream cheese {a match made in heaven, ha!} This cracker spread is such an easy appetizer and most of the prep can be done ahead of time.

I grabbed the RITZ Crackers and other cracker topping ingredients on my last shopping trip to Safeway. You can save $1 on cream cheese (8 oz. or larger, selected varieties) when you buy 2 (two) boxes of RITZ Crackers (10.3 oz. or larger, selected varieties).

Okay, don’t you just love the color of my fresh and delicious ingredients? With the above ingredients you can create four amazing cracker appeziters with minimal prep and time. I made Strawberry Cheesecake Bites, Jalapeño Popper Toppers, Feta Dill Delights, and Pomegranate Burst Bites. You can find a printable version of all these simple recipes at the end of the post. The Strawberry Cheesecake Bites and Jalapeño Poppers are RITZ recipes .  The other two recipes are mine and I’ll show you a bit more detail about how to make them. The Feta Dill Delights are based off a delicious dip we’ve had at a restaurant. A few tweaks and feta, dill and cream cheese have never tasted so good.

My kids LOVE pomegranate and I don’t buy them very often, but I thought this would be a great chance to make a special treat with a favorite fruit. I mixed a bit of brown sugar with the cream cheese before spreading on a cracker, then I topped with pomegranate seeds. With each bite the seeds pop with flavor, delicious!

Best Cracker Toppings with Ritz

Ingredients

• 1 Box of RITZ crackers
• 4 oz. of softened block cream cheese for each recipe... so if making 2, you need 8 oz, 3 - 12oz etc...
• Mexican mix cheese
• fresh jalapeno pepper
• Strawberry pie filling
• fresh dill
• 4 oz cumbled feta cheese
• 1 pomagranate
• 2 TBS brown sugar

Instructions

1. Jalapeno crackers - mix 1/2 c. mexican cheese with 4 oz cream cheese. Spread on crackers, top with a slice of jalapeno.
2. Strawberry Cheesecake - spread a bit of cream cheese on each cracker. Place a small spoonful of pie filling on each.
3. Feta Dill- Mix equal parts of cream cheese and feta. Finely chop the dill and add 2 TBS of dill to cheese. Spread on crackers and place a small sprig of fresh dill on top for garnish.
4. Pomagranate - mix 2 TBS brown sugar with cream cheese. Top with several pomagranate seeds.
