I really love Duct Tape Crafts… There are so many things you can make and cover and decorate… love it! Today I’ve got some fun back to school crafts and organizing tools all using tape! Remember when I made that Duct Tape Zipper Pouch?

Duct Tape Crafts for back to school – Easy DIY

Okay, so let’s talk about some easy diy duct tape crafts that you too can make! I grabbed a few rolls of tape, a key change thingy, some pencils and a clearance clip board and bin. You can find lots of fun duct tape on Amazon.

I’m going to show you several crafts with duct tape today. We will start with an easy one… covered penciles.. yep, so easy, just cut 2′ pieces of tape, then wrap your pencil. You can create any design you like. I didn’t cover all the way to the tip so the pencil can be sharpened.

Alright, now let’s make a fun duct tape craft that’s a bit harder. I wanted a new key chain to carry around my car keys.. I haven’t had car keys in 15 years, so this is new again for me {haha} Want to more about this? Check out my update here. So now we have 2 cars and I have keys.I bought a clip with strap for my base. I also wanted to make a card holder for when I don’t want to bring my whole wallet with me. Start by creating a “fabric” from the duct tape. I made my base a bit taller and wider than a card.

If you want your card sleeve to have a holder/hanger, stick that between the layers now.

Now place a second layer of tape. The sticky sides should be together so the outside is smooth.

Make a second piece the same size as the first.

Finish the top edge of each piece with more duct tape. Trim any tape that is sticking out.

Now place the two layers together and seal the edges with more tape. You should now have a finished card sleeve that doesn’t have any sticky parts exposed.

So cute and handy, right?

Or a little bin. I bought bother in a clearance isle and they were very summery, but with the duct tape you can really change them up.
