This has become a new family favorite. We ALL love it… we each eat it just a little different, but the noodles and the sauce are the same for all. I’m pretty sure this Thai Peanut Noodle Sauce is amazing you will love it. We like it…

I used buckwheat noodles {I think you could find them in the Asian section at your local store} 
The recipe for the sauce: {this recipe serves 6-8}
2 cloves garlic
1.5″ of fresh Ginger
{blend these to in a blender until finely chopped}
1 cup. peanut butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup warm water
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 tsp honey
3 tsp rice wine vinegar
For toppings we used the meats listed above and…
Shredded Carrots
Bean Sprouts
Chopped Peanuts
Chopped Celery
Diced Cucumbers
{anything else you want!}
