Both of these versions use cheese and bacon and both are amazing! The squash version is gluten and grain free if that’s something you are looking for.
Here’s the ingredients for the first version – Bread crumbs {mine are homemade, but you can use from the store as well.} Bacon and Feta Cheese – plus a bit of olive oil for drizzle.
Mix all the ingredients together before putting the mix inside the mushrooms with the stems removed.
Here’s the mix with the roasted squash and bacon and cheese. Mix all together and then spoon into the mushrooms. Again you will want to drizzle with olive oil.
Filled mushrooms ready for the air fryer. I cooked mine at 400 degrees for about 10 min and they were perfect. Depending on your machine you may need to cook a bit longer for the top to be crispy and the mushroom cooked.
