One of my very first pdf patterns was this free baby romper pattern. I sewed it for our foster daughter at the time. She later become our daughter and has modeled many, many more looks for me over the years. I think fondly of that baby romper and sew it for baby gifts whenever I can. I love sewing for tiny babies! You don’t need much fabric and the results are so so adorable. I was just with my niece and she was wearing a romper I sewed for her sister four years ago. I’m so excited to share this list of more than 30 baby romper sewing patterns for you to check out and pick your favorites to sew.

I’ve sewn several of these myself, but also discovered many more I might need to sew soon. My daughter is getting a bit big for these rompers, but I have several smaller nieces so will have to try out my favorites on them.
