I sewed myself a new sweatshirt this week, so I though it was time to updated this post! ‘Tis the season! I’m living in comfy cozy sweatshirts and sweaters these days. As I’ve been sewing more and more for myself over these past few years I decided it was time to put together a list of amazing sweatshirt patterns to sew. {full disclosure… I have not sewn all of these myself} but… I want to! I’ve included lots of sweatshirt patterns for adults here so choose a favorite and get sewing.

Over the years I have sewn myself several sweatshirts. I actually just bought and sewed a new pattern this week from a pattern company that was new to me. I was not pleased with the construction of the sweatshirt at all… I sewed it differently from the instructions and still like what I came up with… but that shirt did NOT make this list.

I’m sure we all have patterns like that. This list is FULL of patterns that come from reputable pdf pattern companies… I know not every pattern is liked by all, but none of these are new designers. I have three sweatshirts for women to add to this list, but there are several sweatshirt options that are genderless and can work for all!
