This easy focaccia bread is amazing, tasty and {did I mention…EASY}! Seriously… there isn’t a tastier or easier bread… (at least that I have found). It takes around 1 hour start to finish.. which is great because I don’t always pre-think dinner… I was originally looking for an overnight recipe for this bread, but all those were soaked in oil (which sounds amazing! Just not for me..) This bread is light, cheesy and a hit with everyone!! Easy Focaccia bread…. here we go!

This time I added the tomatoes.. which I don’t always do, but it added great flavor and makes my photos look pretty too!

Start by mixing everything together to form a dough.

Then knead just a minute or two until a firm ball forms.

Spread on a greased cookie sheet about 1/2″ thick and then add dimples with the end of a spoon…

Brush with olive oil…

Then top with cheese {and chopped tomatoes if you like} Usually I just do a bit of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15ish minutes and enjoy.. now that was easy focaccia bread! You can find the full recipe and instructions below.
