First up I will share my free sewing patterns for women. I’ve shared a few womens shirt patterns free over the years and here are two great ones..
The womens fitted tee is a class and perfect for wearing under sweaters, as a bed shirt or just if you like fitted t-shirts. It comes in sizes XS-XXL. You an download this fabulous free sewing pattern online here.

Hope Shirt Pattern {with optional port access} from Pickle Toes Size XS – 4XL
Do you know someone going through Chemo who could use a few of these shirts? This is a beautiful free shirt pattern that can be made with or without the port access.
The Carine Tee from Elbe Textiles is a very modern shirt with a great look. I think it’s a bit different than the others on this page and it’s super cute. It comes in sizes xs – xx and if you are looking for a great modern look check this one out!
