We are so excited to guest post today! For those of you who like a little kick of spice in your food, you will absolutely love this recipe! The combination of the sweet honey with the spicy chipotle chiles will make your mouth water! It’s actually a pretty easy recipe and will not take you very long at all to make!
Bring chicken broth to a boil in saucepan and add quinoa. Bring quinoa to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat and add spinach and garlic. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until spinach is cooked. Combine chopped tomatoes, spinach, and quinoa in bowl.
