I love easy breakfast options as I don’t want to get up early. These puff pastry breakfast rolls are easy and delicious. I made these puff pastry rolls wtih sausage and eggs for a tasty breakfast puff pastry meal.
Puff Pastry Breakfast Rolls – with eggs and sausage
Puff pastry is so fun and easy to work with – at least I think so… and these breakfast puff pastrys are no different. I’ve tried other puff pastry recipes, but this is the first puff pastry breakfast recipe I’ve tried. With eggs, sausage and cheese these breakfast rolls will be a hit. We even had them for dinner and they were yummy.
Slice the sheet of puff pastry into 3 sections and lay out the egg, cheese and sausage on top. Roll up and place on a lined baking sheet. You can make 9 rolls from each sheet of puff pastry. I precooked my eggs and the sausages were already pre-cooked when I bought them. Having pre-cooked ingredients allows for quick baking and easy prep.
Bake for 12-15 min. or until golden brown on top.
