For pants 1, I used a pair of current pants for length and width. For pants 2 I used a pattern I already had made up. I had only bought a small, so I had to lengthen pants 2 by using some of the scraps.
Thread the tie threw the casing and add any decorations to the back.
Scrunch up the fabric until it’s centered and the width you want the top to be. Then sew the cape to the tie on both side. Wahhhlaaa!
