I can’t believe another month has gone by…today I’m sharing this amazing {and our favorite!} Garlic Cheese Dip as part of the monthly Recipe Round up! This has been my most asked for recipe and now I have friends who make this and bring it to every event we have. I could live on dips and appetizers and this is one we love.

Garlic Cheese Dip easy appetizer

This dip is super easy and you can make some variations as you like.
You will need:

8 oz. container of Cream Cheese {softened}

2 Tbs minced garlic {I use from a jar}

squeeze of lemon juice

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic salt

Diced cherry tomatoes

Leave the cream cheese out to soften {several hours} then mix in all the other ingredients. The shredded cheese may seem like a lot, but it will mix in. After its well mixed, put it in the fridge {or freezer if you are in a hurry} for a bit to chill. Top with the tomatoes for garnish. Use your favorite crackers and serve. Makes a great appetizer for just about any holiday party or dinner.

I’m a huge cheese dip fan and this one is our favorite recipe so far. Its pretty garlicky, so if you aren’t a huge fan, cut back on the amount of garlic.
