{healthier} fall popcorn balls-
I love all things fall. Pumpkins, apples, the color orange, and leaves… I’m always looking for ways to enjoy these fall flavors without inducing a sugar coma as well {ha!} These fall popcorn balls with BOOMCHICKAPOP popcorn are guilt free fall treats you whole family can enjoy together.

Honey, peanut butter and chia seeds combined with lightly sweet popcorn make for a super yummy fall treat.
In a medium saucepan add 2/3 cup raw honey and 1/2 cup natural peanut butter bring to a boil. Boil 1 min.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, optional {4 drops red food coloring and 4 drops yellow} add 1 TBS chia seeds.
Pour this mixture over the 7 cups of BOOMCHICKAPOP popcorn. Let Cool.
Once cool, butter hands and prepare popcorn balls. Stick 1 1/2 inch pretzel rods in the top with a fake leaf for added cuteness. {ha!} They are pretty festive!
