I shared the girls summer wardrobe that created in last summer, so thought today I would do the same, but with the clothes I sewed for my son. Yes, I realize its December and we are well into winter, but if you need boys patterns for more winter boys sewing, here are some ideas! I’ll start with items I’ve not shared before, then link up to a few posts where I’ve already shared winter pattern ideas.
My oldest is in school full day with uniforms, so I just have to make him weekend play clothes. AND Pjs.. can’t forget my favorite thing to sew!
I made some sweat pants using my own free pattern and added pockets to the front. They are made of sweatshirt fleece and are perfect for snuggly cold Saturdays around the house.
Or for Kung Fu, apparently! You can go grab your FREE pattern for these sweatpants HERE. Size is 2-10 and it’s a unisex pattern.
I also used my other free pants pattern for boys to make these fun mesh sports pants. They are fully lined, and I also adding a white stripe down the side for a sporty look.
You can find the free pattern here, again it’s sizes 2-10.
The boys are both wearing loads of long sleeve t-shirts made from another free pattern.
I’ve also sewed PJs from free patterns this fall. These were made using my free long sleeve t-shirt pattern. GET IT HERE, and the mesh pants pattern. Unlined and made from cotton for the pants.
Be sure to check out my FREE PATTERN PAGE to find tons of other free patterns for boys and girls. Join the Nap-Time Creations Pattern Group for support on these patterns!
Don’t sew? Here’s a fun way to add a personal touch to a store bought shirt. I love to add iron ons to the boys clothes with vinyl and my Sillouette machine.
You can grab the free Silhouette File for the Star Wars graphic here. For personal use only, of course! Don’t have a Silhouette? You can check them our here:
