I love Duck Tape, seriously, you can do so many things with it! We always have several rolls around the house. The kids love using it for thier projects and I use it all the time too. I love Duck Tape, seriously, you can do so many things with it! We always have several rolls around the house. The kids love using it for thier projects and I use it all the time too. This no-sew Duck Tape Zipper Case was another fun project. I recently bought this transparent tape, which was perfect for this Duck Tape Zipper Case becuase you can see what’s inside!
This no-sew Duck Tape zipper pouch was so easy and fun to make. You can make one too! All you need is a zipper and tape… yep.. that’s it!
You need to create a “fabric” from the Duck Tape. I started with laying strips of tape sticky side up. Then cover with another layer of tape sticky side down. So now your “fabric” isn’t sticky. I alternated the tape for design, but you can layer anyway you want. My pieces were about 8-9″ long.
Trim your piece to a rectangle. 
Now for the front, we will put in the zipper! Lay 1 tape piece sticky side up on the table. Place one side of the zipper along the edge of the tape and press firmly. Cover it with another piece of tape to finish the top- sticky sides together. Add another piece to the bottom of the zipper. I put three more strips sticky side up, then finished with another layer sticky sides together.
You now have a rectangle with a zipper in it!
Trim to match the back of the pouch. Place the two pieces together with the zipper facing up. We are now going to attach the front and back together. Do this by placing tape on the front, then folding to the back. Trim the ends, and do one side at a time. After all four sides are taped, you are finished!
