To support my body I’ve started using a wrist support {tutorial below}, trying to eat more Foods that Promote Eye Health, and incorporating Swanson Health Vision Defense, a lutein and zeaxanthin eye supplement, into my wellness routine.

Swanson Vision Defense protects against effects of blue light exposure, eye strain and eye fatigue, and helps prevent sore, tired eyes using lutein and zeaxanthin.* Ok! Let’s jump into the sewing tutorial. You will need soft fabric { I used fleece } and no-slip grip fabric. Cut the fleece 5 inches inches tall and the no-slip 4 inches tall, cut both as long as your computer keyboard… You will also need stuffing to fill it. Pinch an inch on both ends of the fleece so it now matching the short end of the no-slip piece. Pin with right sides together, leaving a bit of a gap on one long side to turn. The short ends have a pin for the pleat… Sew around {except for the turning gap} I used a narrow 1/4″ seam allowance. Then clip your corners. Stuff full of Poly-Fil stuffing until it’s firm. Fold in the raw edges and pin the hole closed. Use a needle and thread to stitch the hole closed. Now you have a stylish and handy support for your wrists while you work away on your computer. And you can support your vision with Vision Defense.
