It’s my first summer fun post of the summer! I’ve got LOADS of amazing guest posts and blog posts lined up every Friday all summer long. All about summer, all about kids, all about FUN!!! Today my post is these super fun {and healthy!} Fruit Juice Jello Lego Snacks… No sugar added!! My kids loved that they were Lego shaped, and I loved that this is an easy fun summer treat. Make sure to scroll to the bottom to see all the other great posts up today!
Here’s what you will need:
Silicone Molds– I got mine as a gift, but you can find them on Amazon.
Fruit Juice
I used 1/2 the Juice as recommended on the gelatine packs and 1 less gelatine for stability. SO… 1/2 cup cold juice, 1.5 c Hot Juice, and 3 packs gelatine… Make this for each kind of juice you want. I made this recipe 2x. Once with the orange and once with the apple/cranberry.
Pour the prepared mix into the molds. I put the Silicone on a baking sheet for stability when moving to the refrigerator.
I made two different juices in each mold, but you could do all one too.
Chill overnight {or at least 6 hours} Carefully pop out each lego figure or brick. The fruit juice jello isn’t as smooth as box jello, you can see the impurities in my Lego figures, but I still love the way it turned out and the kids thought they tasted pretty great! I can’t decide if I like the bricks or the men better, they both are SO fun!!
Ok, fun times!!
