okay, now one note I want to mention. I always check my files in both Cricut Design Space AND Brother Canvas workspace. For this design there are two strange layers that only show up on the Brother Canvas workspace, but turning off the two layers reveals the perfect cut file. I worked for hours on this and can’t figure it out, so I’m just offering you the solution!
Other fun SVG projects to try:
Free svg files are amazing for so many types of crafting. I’ve used free svg files for bags, notebooks, t-shirts, organizing labels and SO much more. I recently demonstrated how I cut SO many different materials. You can find that post here: What can you cut on a ScanNCut?
I’ve made HUGE farmhouse signs with SVG files and craft vinyl. You can read more about this process and tips for using sticky craft vinyl in my post here. LARGE VINYL SIGNS DIY
What machine do you use for your svg crafting? I use a Brother Scan N Cut, and I love the ability to scan in any design and then cut it right there. You can find out more about using a Brother Scan N Cut Here.
And my very favorite type of crafting with free cut files is to make custom t-shirts. I’ve made shirts for theme days at school, fun shirts for my kids friends, and so many more heat transfer vinyl. If I had to choose only one type of project to use my free svg files with I would choose heat transfer for sure! Here are my tips for using heat transfer vinyl.
