This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Chuck E. Cheese’s. The opinions and text are all mine.
We recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chuck E. Cheese in Aurora, CO. The grand re-opening happened to fall the night before my middles birthday and we had a blast enjoying the event and celebrating the birthday boy. Today I’m going to share our experience plus a free cut file to make your own birthday shirt.
Birthday Fun at Chuck E. Cheese –

Chuck E. Cheese is nothing like when we were kids! It’s SO much better… We went to the recently updated Aurora flagship restaurant that not only has fun games, but also great food!
It was so fun to be there for the grand reopening ceremony and ribbon cutting!
We love the new focus on food! It’s not just about the games. Pizzas are made daily from scratch and stores now have a lunch buffet Mon-Fri from 11am – 3pm to enjoy all your favorites. We were able to try the salad bar in the evening and it was so good.
The kids loved the All You Can Play feature. Set a time limit and let your kids play unlimited games and win more tickets within that time frame. Get a wrist band for your kids so they won’t lose their play card and eat and play to your hearts content.
The inside of the restaurant really impressed us with a great atmosphere and easy to access food and games. The Birthday Zone has options for groups of all sizes and the design allows kids to go easily between play and eating. The games were fun for the kids AND the adults. I certainly shot my share of zombies with my daughter. {haha}
The kids loved when Chuck E. Cheese came out to the dance floor each hour to dance and throw tickets. The dance floor is also a light up game when it’s not showtime. After never going before, my kids are already begging to go back, so that means it was a hit with out family. Check out your local Chuck E. Cheese for all the fun times as well.
Free SVG Birthday Shirt cut file
And now that you’ve seen how fun our birthday evening was at Chuck E. Cheese let’s take a closer look at the fun birthday shirt Max is wearing in these photos. Also, do you love the banner? You can get all the details to make one here.
First, Head over and DOWNLOAD the birthday shirt cut file here. Then you can unzip the file and import into your cutting machine software. I use a Scan N Cut, but the file should work with any machine that takes a SVG. It will look like this, but this is just a .jpg so don’t this. {the download is free}
I cut the file twice. Once as is, and another adding offset lines. Here is my tutorial for creating offset lines to your text.
Iron on the under layer first, then peel off the plastic and place the top layer on over. Make sure to cover ALL the vinyl with plastic so you don’t melt it with your iron when adding the second layer. This was such an easy way to make my son feel special on his birthday {he wore this to school on his birthday!}
